PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)intends to negotiate a sole source fixed priced contract for one four (4) month base and one four(4) month option period with the following company. A1Fed Incorporated 13800 Coppermine Road, 1st Floor Herndon, VA 20171 HUD has prepared a sole source justification on the basis of other than full and open competition for this effort.

HUD intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.301-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. HUD has a requirement for a Business Support Provider to provide a web-based technology, host, operate, maintain, and enhance the Single Family- Data Analysis and Reporting Tool.

The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a NAICS size stand of $15.0 Million. This notice will be distributed solely through the beta.sam.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up to date information regarding this acquisition. This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.102(a)(1) and 5.103(a)(1).

This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for quotes. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. If no written responses by the date listed below, which reflect 4 business days from the posting of this notice, the solicitation will be issued to A1Fed Incorporated.
