90-day Purchase Order - Hospitalist/Physician Service

THIS IA A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS.

The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, hereby submits a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source, firm fixed price, purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.103-1(b), Only One Responssbile Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Ageny requirements and FAR 6.302-2 Unusual & Compelling Urgency this Sole Source Procurement Purchase Order will be awrded to AB Staffing Solutions LLC. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 561320, Temporary Help services.

The object of this sole source award is to provide a short-term 90-day (10/11/2026 to 1/10/2026) follow-on Purchase Order for Hospitalist/Physician services provided to the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service Unit, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Responses to this notice must demostrate clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the government, woould not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the agency.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this annourcment are the sole resonsibility of the respodent and will not be reimbursed by the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mssion objective of the agency.
