William H. Harsha Lake: Re-establish Ditch Line in the Emergency Spillway

This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming solicitation at William H. Harsha Lake. The solicitation is expected to post by 05 September 2024 and will have approximately 14 calendar day window before the solicitation closes. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. A single site visit has been scheduled for this project and will be the only site visit scheduled during the solicitation period due to time constraints with the end of the fiscal year.

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove concrete gutters and re-establish ditch line in the Emergency Spillway located at William H. Harsha Lake, 2185 Slade Road, Batavia, OH.

Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.

All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications, drawings, and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 30 calendar days after the NTP. One award will be made from this Solicitation.

Note: The contract award will be based on Low Price using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the contractor to review the complexities of the work sites, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements. A single site visit will be held on 09 September 2024 at 9:00 AM ET.
