N2W Moving Services

The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to publicly synopsize the requirement for the Next National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) West (N2W) Deployment Moving Services NGA intends to solicit for and award One (1) Requirements type contract to perform the following services. Under issued task orders the contractor shall provide logistics experts to provide planning support and execute the relocation of office material, equipment, and components to its new N2W facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, components, equipment, transportation, travel, supervision, and management necessary to provide office relocation (moving) services to accomplish the N2W Deployment Execution Plan relocating (moving) office material, equipment, components, and items. This includes an estimated14,000 packing crates and 1,500 pieces of equipment. The contract phases of performance under task orders will include:

Support planning phase (Estimated to commence Fall 2024) Pre-moves phase (Estimated Fall 2024 - Winter 2025) Increment moves phase (Estimated in 2025) The support planning phase starts, when the first task order is issued, after contract award. The work under this contract will be performed at NGA’s facilities at 3200 South 2nd Street, St. Louis, MO (NGA St. Louis); 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO (NGA Arnold); and 2301 Cass Avenue, St. Louis, MO (N2W). This effort will be full and open competition under NAICS code 484210 – Used Household and Office Goods Moving. The request for proposals will be posted on or about March 31, 2024.
