Elevator Inspections

The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to publicly synopsize the requirement for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) West (N2W) Elevator Inspection Services.

NGA intends to solicit for and award One (1) Firm Fixed Price type contract to perform the following services: The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for traction elevators and chairlifts at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis Missouri, 63118. The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for hydraulic elevators at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold Missouri, 63010. The Contractor shall provide elevator inspection services for traction elevators and hydraulic passenger elevators at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 2301 Cass Avenue, St. Louis Missouri, 63118. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform these elevator safety inspections.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform elevator maintenance/safety inspections. This effort will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS code 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors. The request for quotes will be posted on or about February 19, 2025.
