Failover Server

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to NCC Systems Inc. [H739LJ8J2NK4] for the installation of a failover server in Champlain NY. in accordance with FAR part 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement.
