Storage Space

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a sole source contract to McAllen Foreign Trade Zone Inc. [NKFFPXDJ4TJ5] for the rental of storage space to include warehouse space in McAllen, TX in accordance with FAR part 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
