BRAND NAME NOTICE OF INTENT

The U.S. Embassy Bogota, General Services Office, intends to award a sbrand name order for office supply and installation in a CAA space.

Justification for Sole Source: This procurement is being conducted in accordance under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this as the US Embassy Bogotá has officially controlled its office furniture inventory to a specific make of furniture to maximize efficiency, compatibility, and safety. Mepal SAS is the only vendor that currently has met the furniture, layout and office space concept also, Mepal SAS - is uniquely qualified brand that meets the required design and quality level.

Response Information: Any interested party that believes it can provide Mepal office furniture- Supply and installation and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the point of contact listed below and must be received no later than September 28, 2024, 17:00 PM Local Time.
