The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes to authorized vendor for the replacement of the existing solar panels with new solar panels for the compound hot water system per the schedule of supplies /services given below. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully follow the instructions given in the solicitation package attached to this notice. Quotations are due August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am (local time) No quotations will be accepted after this time.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov with subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ _PR16125426. Quotes must be in English, and price must be marked in local currency (AED). Incomplete quotes will not be considered. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
