A mandatory site visit will be held on August 20 at 10.00am (local time) outside the PNC Barracks at the American Embassy Compound in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. All questions or requests for additional information following the site visit must be submitted no later than August 24.
