Renovation work at the Consulate Frankfurt

Renovation work at CAC4, The work will be carried out in various locations at the Consulate grounds, throughout CAC 4, to include:

Ceiling, flooring, painting/varnishing, wall protection application, anti-slip application, ceramic tiles, window sills, sewer connection, lawn grass pavers, bollards, canopy, electrical work and procurement/installation of cabinet. A detailed description of the work requirement can be found in the SOW attached on teh next page. A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Tuesday, 30.June at 10:00 hrs.

Interested companies should share the names of their attendees to GSO Procurement at einkauf@state.gov, no later than 16:00 hours on Friday, 26. June 2026 using the solicitation number PR16019314 in the subject line. Only companies which are present at the visit , will be authorized to submit quotes against this solicitation. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany.
