The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for: 5 New All-Terrain Utility Vehicles (UTV) 3 x Gas-Driven Utility Vehicle (UTV) – 2-Seater 2 x Gas-Driven Utility Vehicle (UTV) – 3-Seater Request for Quotation Number: PR15994760. The United States Consulate General in Frankfurt requires new vehicles: 5 x all-terrain utility vehicles (UTV), with German specifications to be delivered to Frankfurt am Main, Germany within a fixed, reasonable lead time.

The vehicle must meet all relevant German and EU specifications. Quoted models must have availability of manufacturer-authorized repair shops within the greater Frankfurt area. The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows:

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for the entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises in Frankfurt.
