The vendor shall provide Alarm installation and maintenance services: One quote, for service provider owned alarm systems completely provided and maintained from the service provider; or One quote, for service provider owned communications modules to be installed in existing AES 5100 and 6100 systems. Housekeeping and Restoration: The contractor shall: Patch, repair, and repaint all areas affected by the work (including walls, ceilings, trim, and door/window frames) so that surfaces match existing finishes and colors as closely as practicable. Ensure that no unused holes, openings, or exposed wiring remain and that all penetrations are properly sealed to maintain the integrity of the structure and security envelope.

Remove any obsolete equipment, unused cabling, debris, and packaging, dispose of it in accordance with local regulations; no debris will be left on site. Clean up daily at the end of working hours. Trash may not be accumulated on site and must be removed from the site daily and disposed of properly and legally at a landfill, government?regulated dump, or recycling center.
