BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS TO BE SERVICED Building Automation Systems (BAS) installed at Post: The Contractor shall maintain the Building Automation System(s) in a safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The following information provides a rough summary of each BAS that is to be serviced.
