Dears, The U.S. Department of State intends to award a contract for drone acquisition on a brand name basis. The required item is identified as Skydio X10D Drone. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 11.105, as only the specified brand name items will satisfy the agency’s requirements for durability, functionality, and compatibility with existing equipment.
