Request for Quotation Number: PR15798284 The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for: RENEWAL OF AN UNDERGROUND SEWER LINE AND INSTALLATION OF TWO INSPECTION MANHOLES The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, equipment and services required under this purchase order for the following firm fixed price and within the time specified. This price shall include all labor, equipment, all insurances, overhead and profit.

A detailed description of this requirement can be found in the next screen, section Attachments/Links A site visit for the interested vendors might be scheduled, if required. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
