Purchase of Vans and Pick up

Dear prospective quoters: The U.S. Embassy in Tirana invites you to submit a quotation for for the procurement of Mid-size Cargo Van LWB and Full-size Pick up L3 single Cab. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
