Notice of intent – Sole Source – Maintenance Service Potable Water Treatment

The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to FLUID SOLUTIONS LLC for preventive maintenance service contract for the NCC Potable Water Treatment Plant. Given this vendor designed and installed the NCC potable water plant, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
