Service on alarm systems, intercoms, CCTV and electric fence

The American Embassy in South Africa Pretoria has a requirement of services of a competent Contractor to offer service on alarm systems, intercoms, CCTV and electric fences.

Quotations: Please quote on the items listed on page 3 and 4 of the SOW under 3.0 Specific Work Requirements. Please include your company profile and at least 3 contactable references with your quote submission. Quotations must be submitted by the 27th of November 2024. U.S. Government properties in Pretoria, South Africa No alterations or pricing changes will be accepted after the Quotation deadline. All quotations must be submitted on a company letterhead, indicating the company’s address, contact details and name and email of the contact person. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

U.S. Embassy Payment Terms: - The US Embassy will make no provision for the fluctuations in price or exchange rates after the order has been placed.

If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for the possible increases in your quoted price. - The US Embassy does not authorize advance payments. - Payment will be made via EFT into the company’s bank account, 30 days from receipt of services, or proper invoice, whichever is later. - By submitting a quotation, you are agreeing to waiver any payment terms that may be in contrast to the above.

All Potential bidders must please adhere to all the following conditions: - Must be registered on the SAM website (www.sam.gov), proof of starting the registration process must be submitted with your quote, including the UIE number. - Must comply with US Clauses (attached) signed document to be submitted with the quotes - South African Terms and conditions do not apply; by submitting a quote, you accept the U.S Embassy’s Terms and Conditions - Payments will be made 30 Days from receipt of your invoice in the U.S. Embassy payment office – upfront payment or deposits is NOT authorized.
