Modification Justification: The modification of this solicitation is to revise the number of units to one local duty-free unit and extend the date of quote submission to March 7, 2025 at 4.00pm Western Indonesian Time (WIB). Also, the contractor shall provide a vehicle invoice (Faktur Kendaraan) that indicates "U.S. Consulate General Surabaya" as the purchaser.

Original Description: The Contracting Office, U.S. Consulate General Surabaya is inviting your company to send a quotation for 2 units of Duty-free cabin multi-purpose vehicle with 7 seats as attached detail. Terms of payment is net 30 days after good/service received with proper invoice. The price shall include the delivery cost to our office in Surabaya, Indonesia 60217. We are expecting your final quote not later than March 5, 2025 at 04.00 pm (local time). This solicitation is being competed.

Please make your quotation most competitive. We preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
