NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Landscaping Services

This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement under NAICS code 561730: Landscaping Services. The U.S. Consulate General Curacao will award a firm fixed price for Landscaping services. The estimated period of performance will be for one year, at the USG’s discretion. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

For this requirement, Amazona's General Contractor B.V. is considered the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy U.S. Consulate General Curacao requirements.
