The Contracting Office, U.S. Consulate General Surabaya is inviting your company to send a quotation for critical maintenance and repair switchgear services at US. Consulate General Surabaya as attached detail. Terms of payment is net 30 days after good/service received with proper invoice. We are expecting your final quote not later than September 11, 2024 at 16.00 (local time). This solicitation is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. We preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Contract document to the winning bidder.
