2.5 to 3 Ton Electric Forklift

The United States Consulate in Casablanca, Morocco, is releasing a solicitation for: 2.5 - 3 ton Electric forklift. The bid due date for this solicitation is set on 09-25, 2024 at 16:00 (local time). The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer.

We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range.

The forklift should have the following required features: 2.5 - 3 ton Electric forklift with charging station (220 V, 3-phase) Clear-view mast with full free lift Hydraulic controls - multi-lever operation, 3 individual levers for lifting, tilting, and fork spread.

Telescoping mast to lift to a minimum of 370 cm MAX height with mast retracted 280cm Forks between 1500 and 1900mm x 40mm Must have a seatbelt Curve Speed Control for automatic speed reduction Rear warning device Delivery required by March 2025 The forklift to be provided must be new. Second-hand forklifts, forklifts involved in accidents (however minor) and repaired are not acceptable and will not be considered.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
