Pre-Solicitation Notice for E-Segment Midsize Sedan for U.S. Embassy Ankara, Türkiye

(Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The contractor is required to provide “E-Segment Midsize Sedan” for the U.S. Embassy in Ankara. The prices shall include all labor, materials, overhead and profit. Delivery of the required vehicle is to be made to the Embassy compound or a bonded warehouse to be designated by the Embassy in Ankara city of Türkiye based on DAP term.

The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of services upon receipt of a proper invoice. Government intends to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than August 20th, 2024. This solicitation will be issued via the website of the www.SAM.gov. No paper copies will be mailed.
