IT EQUIPMENT To all Bidders: The Embassy of the United States of America in Quito, Ecuador requires to buy IT Equipment with following specifications:

The contractor is responsible for delivery and the setting up of all the equipment. All items must be new, unopened, and must meet or exceed the specifications detailed.

Refurbished, used, or recycled items are not acceptable. Include guarantee information in your proposal. We will evaluate offers based on the best value to the US Government. Equipment will be delivered in Quito-Ecuador. (door to door) – INCOTERM DDP. Contractors will be prequalified using Department of State guidelines.

There is no testing (non-destructive or destructive) required for this work. All deliverables shall be submitted in English. Your proposal must be submitted, by e-mail, to Alan Royston, Contracting Officer quitoprocurement@state.gov , before 4:00 p.m., local time, July 23, 2024. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
