Surveys of Public Opinion

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Montenegro will launch this solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. INL Section has a requirement for surveys of public opinion: Survey on corruption awareness - to determine the level of awareness among the public as well as the level of understanding among the public about the problem of corruption.

Survey on perception of quality of work of target institutions - to determine the perception of quality of work of Target institutions. Survey on security awareness - to determine the level of security awareness/perception among target institutions personnel. All offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive and no further consideration will be given. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp or https://sam.gov/content/help .
