Independence day celebration Logistic Services.

The U.S. Embassy in Bogota requires Entertainment technical and logistical support services for the celebration of our national day on June 25 2024. Full scope of work can be found in the attachments section. A site visit will take place on May 23 at 10AM, the exact location will be disclosed to interested SAM registered parties, please send your interest in attending the site visit to BogotaGSOCompras@state.gov no later than May 21, 2024 by 10AM Bogotá time. To be considered for evaluation and award you must comply with the following:

• Prices should be in Colombian Pesos (COP). (This only for Colombian Vendors). • Unit price, tax percentage, tax amount and total amount should be stipulated in the quote. • Your offer must meet or exceed ALL requirements specified in this advertisement.

Your offer must include CONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION ON COMPLIANCE WITH NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT (NDAA)-- 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) •If pictures are included, they are used as an example, your offer must meet the technical description provided. • Active SAM registration evidence. • Provide evidence on your past experience with this type of requirements. • Specify in your offer that installation and delivery terms are understood. Setup dates: From June 19 until June 25, sound checks to be performed in the morning of June 25. Removal of tents shall begin on the June 25 at 8PM.

Responsibility of The Contractor: Contractor assumes responsibility for damage or loss of property caused by himself, but will keep free from liability for damages caused by abuse or negligence on behalf of the Embassy personnel.

Materials and Workmanship: Except where specified, all materials and workmanship required accomplishing the contracted herein will be provided at Contractor’s exclusive expense and under his entire responsibility.

Payment Terms: EFT net 30 calendar days, payments will be made upon receipt and acceptance of delivery. No advance payments of any nature are allowed.
