Request for Quotations-PR12579742: Conflict Resolution, Negotiation & Mediation Training. The US Embassy Dar es Salaam wishes to solicit your technical proposal and proforma cost estimate to conduct four days of participatory training activities for senior representatives and technical staff from several U.S. Government agencies that collaborate on HIV/AIDS programming supported by the U.S. Government per below scope of work (SOW).

U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation virtual conference. The pre-proposal conference will be held on June 19,2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Dargsoprocurement@groups.state.gov by June 17,2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time for additional information or link to the conference.

Quotations are due by July 05,2024 at 11:00 a.m. East Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Dargsoprocurement@groups.state.gov It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.

If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

1. Package One- Technical proposal.

2. Package two – Cost/financial proposal.

3. Proof of Active SAM Registration to include the SAM Unique Entity ID. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
