General Cleaning Service – Post Rio de Janeiro U.S Consulate

The American Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has a requirement for contractors to provide general cleaning services for the building. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Consulate plans to award a Service Contract. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotation to be submitted. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the American Consulate to make any award.

The Consulate reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, or any part of it, without notice. If you or your firm are interested in participating in this process, and to receive a copy of the RFQ package, you must send an email message to RioProcurement@state.gov no later than 15 calendar days after this announcement is posted online. The RFQ package will be forwarded to all interested parties on the 16th day. Upon receipt of the RFQ, please read it carefully, and if interested, submit your quotation. Oral quotations will not be accepted. The company must have SAM registration before award.
