Replacement of Air Conditioning Units

The U.S. Embassy in Algiers intends to issue a solicitation for “Replacement of Air Conditioning Units” on or around July 9th, 2024. The solicitation will close on or around July 23rd, 2024. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for July 14th, 2024. Time and meeting location to be provided with the issuance of the solicitation.

This project consists of hiring a qualified contactor to remove and replace eight (8) existing split system air conditioning units of approximately 56,000 BTUs per unit in four separate buildings on the U.S. Embassy compound. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 238220. Registrations: In order to be considered for a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov.
