Annual air conditioning unit maintenance

The US Embassy in Berlin, Germany requires preventive maintenance for the building package unit (MS or Mini-Split) air conditioning systems. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than July 1, 2024 Please contact Simon Birkelbach to request the relevant solicitation documents and statement of work.
