To All Prospective Offerors:

SUBJECT: Request for Quotations PR12487982- Shuttle Transportation Services. The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan invites you to submit a quotation for Shuttle transportation services, as described in the scope of work (SOW).

If you intend to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in the solicitation package and Complete the offer portion of the Standard Form 1449, including all blank spaces, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company; Provide detailed Quotation, accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language) for item quoted; Provide proof of SAM (System for Award Management) valid registration.

Complete all above or the quote may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. The Embassy intends to award Contract/Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The contract/purchase order will be a firm fixed price with no adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices for one year. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with vendors in the competitive range if there is need to do so.
