Space Reconfiguration & Furniture Installation Project for US Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe

The United States Embassy in Harare is soliciting services of skilled furniture installer(s) to complete installation of systems and freestanding furniture. The contractor shall provide material, tools, and labor to reconfigure the workspace of USAID at the New Embassy Compound (NEC). The project involves reconfiguring existing spaces (such as work rooms, corridors and open spaces) in Level 3 by adding 29 workstations. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site.

The pre-proposal conference will be held on September 20, 2024 at 10.00am (Harare time) at US Embassy, Number 2 Lorraine Drive, Bluffhill, Harare Zimbabwe. Prospective offerors/quoters should complete attached Access Clearance Form and submit it to HarareGSOProcurement@state.gov by 1700hrs on September 18, 2024 to arrange entry to the building.
