Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for an Outdoor use forklift for US Consulate General Nogales. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully review the attached Statement of Work for technical requirements, fill out and sign the attached Standard Form 1449 and submit your quotation as a separate file with letterhead, including all pricing, shipping and delivery time information. To the to the email address mentioned below, only email proposals will be accepted.

The U.S. Government will award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis for responsible offerors submitting a proposal. The award will be based on initial quotations without discussions, although discussions might be hold with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by 9/02/2024 – 11:59 a.m. MST-7. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English, Incomplete proposal will not be considered. Your quotation and questions must be submitted electronically to nogalesprocurement@state.gov
