RFQ for Re-piping and Replacing Bathrooms

The Embassy of the United States of America in Berlin invites you to submit a quotation for bathroom Re-piping and replacing services. This will be a fixed price contract for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Berlin. The prices listed shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price for services that have been satisfactorily performed. All work must be performed according to:

Plumbing Work – DIN 1988 Mason Work DIN 18330 Tile Work DIN 18352 General Contract Clauses for Construction Work VOB DIN 18299 The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
