REQUIREMENT This sources sought is being issued by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The Navy Executive Lift Program Office is seeking potential business sources with the resources, capabilities, and experience necessary for providing PMA-207’s C-37 (Gulfstream G550) SpaceX’s Starshield integration with spares material and sustainment labor.
The intention of this sources sought is for market research purposes pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Responses to this sources sought will be utilized to determine the government’s acquisition strategy. SUBMISSION Responsible sources may submit a capability statement to be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall specifically address and demonstrate the vendor’s capability to fully meet both the spares and sustainment labor requirement as described in this posting.
Additionally, all responses shall include Company Name, CAGE Code, Address, Business Size, and Points-of-Contact (POCs) including name, phone number, and mailing address. RESPONSES Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION REQUESTED.
Respondents are responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought and the Government will not provide any form of compensation or reimbursement for the information provided. The Government may request additional information upon review.
