Notice of Intent to Grant an Exclusive License for a U.S. Army Owned Invention to Nearshore Logistics, LLC.

In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1), The Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license to Nearshore Logistics LLC, a limited liability corporation having a principal place of business in Mandeville, LA. The proposed license is a revocable, royalty bearing, exclusive license to practice and sell the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application No. 18/527,254 entitled, “A Submersible Matting System”, filed December 2, 2023. Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later than 15 days following the publication of this announcement.
