Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Camp Dawson

The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) sole source contract to West Virgina Military Support Services, Inc. to provide an offsite organizational meetting space for 45 Air Force members from 5-7 November 2024 for the AFDW community. The contractor provides the site, including all services for a 3-day offsite training location.

The contract will be awarded under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b)(1). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611430, Continuing education seminars or conferences. The Small Business Size Standard is $15,000. West Virgina Military Support Services, Inc. is a "non-profit organization." The contract will be awarded on or before 31 October 2024. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government shall not reimburse any information provided.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
