Intent to Sole Source: Supai Internet

Indian Health Service (IHS), Colorado River Service Unit, Supai Health Station requires increased internet capabilities to provide patient care services both onsite and through telehealth services. The Supai Health Station, provides end users with accessibility to the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Electronic Dental Record (EDR) servers that are located at the Parker Indian Health Center, for patient care and also to transmit data to offsite facilities within the IHS intranet and global internet.

The Contractor shall provide the equipment, materials, installation and ongoing maintenance necessary to provide monthly internet services to the Supai Health Station. The Contractor shall provide a service package that will fulfill the Government’s bandwidth requirements. The proposed bandwidth speed should be sufficient to effectively support the transmission of large medical images/data such as radiology images, CT scans, Telehealth, and enhancements to the Electronic Health Records (EHR). The Phoenix Area Office Division of Acquisition Manegement intends to award a sole source contract to JC Cullen Inc to meet this requirement.
