Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Social Engineering Competition Sponsorship

The Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency’s Chief of Contracting Office (CISA/COCO) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Temple University – of the Commonwealth System of higher Education for the acquisition of a Social Engineering Competition Sponsorship. The anticipated period of performance is twelve-months from the date of award plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation will be issued.

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source announcement only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Any responses to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter negotiations to award a contract. Funds have been authorized or appropriated for this effort.
