ViVE Conference Exhibitor Space Rental

The Department of Homeland Security/Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency/ (DHS/CISA) plans to solicit on a sole source basis under solicitation 70RCSJ24Q00000017. It is anticipated that a firm fixed-price purchase order will be awarded as a result of the combined synopsis/solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70RCSJ24Q00000017 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02; Effective January 22, 2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561920 with a size standard of $20,000,000.00 The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase of CISA Exhibit space at the ViVE conference in accordance with the attached Statement of Work attached.
