The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island on behalf of the Joint Manufactuing Technology Center (JMTC) Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) has a steel requirement in which the 13 steel BPA stakeholders will recieve a Request for Quote (RFQ) via email along with an RFQ Price Matrix to be filled out and submitted for quote. The drawings are classificed under section C, so attachments of such drawings can be requested via SAM.gov for those steel BPA stakeholders.
