Multi Armory Fitness Equipment

1. Posted Brand Name or Equal Justification and Approval. 

2. Government is using RFO FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote for the purchase of commercial-grade gym equipment to equip fourteen (14) armory locations across the state. The equipment will support Soldiers ranging from beginner to elite fitness levels and will be used in a high-usage military training environment.

Shipping will be direct to each of the fourteen (14) armory locations. Each armory will be outfitted with a single armory package or double armory package.

This RFQ is conducted in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS).
