The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $16M Federal Product/Service Code: Q403 Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey to determine market capabilities.
158 Fighter Wing is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide 158 FW NFPA TIG FIRE FIGHTER MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS SERVICES. It is possible to identify the maximum number needed each year. Therefore, it is possible to compute the highest cost per year thus it is the best interest to create an annual contract with 2 option years. This is a recurring requirement that must be completed annually and upon initial hire prior to fire fighter school.
Please see attached draft statement of work for service requirements. It is requested that interested companies provide a capabilities statement along with their notification of interest. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal.
Deadline for submission is 1 January 2025 @ 15:00 EST. Required Information: Any interested party who can offer all the above may submit a written reply of not more than 5 pages, addressing each of the above items and defining how their company would be able to perform. For any inquiry contact: Contracting Officer, Kristen Lucey; kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil or Contract specialist, Felix Awoyemi; felix.awoyemi@us.af.mil
