Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Haas CNC Tools

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101 requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.106-1(b). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored.

Use of any brand other than Haas will void warranty of existing CNC equipment, and Phillips is confirmed to be the sole and exclusive distributor of Haas. Challenges to this this notice of intent must be submitted in writing to brian.j.aston.civ@army.mil and include sufficient information by the closing date of this notice in order to be considered.
