Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment for Bruker Sirius One

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with Bruker Scientific, LLC., in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).

The purpose of this contract is to perform preventive maintenance and repair of Government owned equipment. The requirement includes parts and full maintenance and technical support service ( LabScape Complete 24 Maintenance Service) for on Bruker Sirius One microbials identification system instruments.

Complete service coverage of its Bruker MALDI Sirius One instrument to include annual maintenance, onsite emergency visits, requalification, remote support, Bruker software and library updates, certain replacement parts and peripherals, and loaner equipment if necessary. This shall include renewal of the service agreement for the Period of Performance.
