Intent to Sole Source: Panther JCLC

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Ft. Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to the Piedmont Council, Boys Scout of America at the Boy Scout Reservation located at 668 Boy Scout Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139. This contract shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, in order to provide all meal services from 09 June 2024 to 13 June 2024 for 340 Cadets and 80 Cadre.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 06 March 2024, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 09 March 2024, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) MICC - Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil Responses shall include the following:

1. Company name and address.

2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above.

3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities.

4. CAGE code or DUNS number.

5. Point of Contact name and phone number.
