As of 20 July 2026 1300 EST, attached Collective Bargaining Agreement from current contract W9124725CA042 to allow for to accurate and equitable pricing in accordance with FAR 52.222-41 and FAR 22.1010. Extended submission deadline to 22 July 2026 1700 EST.

1. Questions have been answered and attached.

2. The PWS has been updated and attached to reflect changes.

3. The RFQ has been updated and attached to reflect changes.

2015-4377, Revision 31.

5. Submission: Quotes are due via email no later than 20 July 2026, 5:00, PM. No telephonic quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted to francisco.j.nodamerly.mil@army.mil & corrina.y.armstrong.mil@army.mil. Quotes MUST be good for sixty (60) calendar days after submission.

Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for 9 July 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Tribe Cafe which is Building X3429, Spartan Way, Fort Bragg, NC 28314. Questions: All questions are due in writing to francisco.j.nodamerly.mil@army.mil & corrina.y.armstrong.mil@army.mil no later than 13 July 2026, 9:00 AM.
