Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source for SPARTE 63TAA320 Power Conditioners

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Ft. Hood (MICC-Ft. Hood) intends to issue a sole-source award to SAFRAN Defense & Space Inc. (UEI: DVYZAD8GXL45) for four-SPARTE 63TAA320 Power Conditioners under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Since the intent is to procure four-SPARTE 63TAA320 Power Conditioners on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
