This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement.

MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army E sports Booth, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Village of Rosemont, Chicago FAN Expo Convention 2025 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center located at 555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018 from August 15 – August 17, 2025 for the US Army E sports Booth Outreach Company, Fort Knox. This sole source award to Village of Rosemont is in accordance with 41 U.S.C.

1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101, Methods of disseminating information.
